The giant existing condensing unit (the noisy part of the air conditioner that sits outside the house) was removed and replaced with two smaller, dramatically more efficient units that allow the house to be broken into two zones. Not only will the Owner realize and operating cost savings, the more efficient equipment will do a better job cleaning and conditioning the air. The overhead electrical service was buried back to the utility pole to eliminate overhead lines in the back yard and protect the lines from damage.
